I chose Dave for a few reasons...at the first meeting he made us feel our business was important to him. 2nd reason...after seeing his home I knew he was a quality builder. Coming from a construction background, I notice details and it was evident that Sego takes pride in their work. This is my second home I've built. My 1st builder was great, however, we moved too far for him to consider the project... Sego Builders had a high bar to meet and they not only met the bar but surpassed it. Working with Hunter Bridges made the project seamless. He is as much a perfectionist as I am and he also noticed things and brought to my attention before I did. Attention to detail, professionalism, and quality construction are the hallmarks of their process.  We moved back to the area and were unable to be on site for much of the construction.  No worries, however.  Hunter Bridges was our project manager and insured that all elements of our home were as they should be. Solid all the way through. Someone was there every day so not an afterthought. I believe he has the best subcontractors around and nice finishing touches offered. Hunter takes it very serious!
