Typically, it takes about 7 months to build a custom home. This is from the time construction starts until completion. In some cases, it may take longer because of bad weather or special-order items.

CAN I USE MY FLOOR PLAN, OR DO I HAVE TO USE ONE OF YOURS?

Dave Sego Builders is very flexible. We have many plans to choose from that can be modified to fit your needs, you can bring in your own floor plan, or we will work from your basic ideas to provide you with a customized floor plan.
